Pricing Policy and Product Availability
Chaussures Fillion always matches online discounts and prices with those in-store. However, it is important to note that there may be differences between stores and the online shop in terms of variety, product availability, and the dates promotions or sales are applied.
Due to various factors, some promotions may apply exclusively to the online store. Chaussures Fillion stores are not obligated to offer the same promotions as the online shop, and vice versa.
We strive to ensure that there are no errors in the available inventory; however, it is possible that an item, size, or color may be out of stock when you place your order. If this occurs, you will receive an email notifying you of the issue.
Additionally, administrative errors, IT issues, calculation problems on invoices, typographical errors, illustrations, or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time, even if an order has already been confirmed.
The selection of products on our online store reflects a portion of the items available in-store. Due to the possibility of simultaneous sales, we maintain a margin in product availability online. Some products are exclusive to physical stores.
Price Adjustment Policy
When an item goes on sale, customers have 30 days from the date of purchase for regularly priced items and 10 days for discounted items (less than 50% off) to request a price adjustment, provided they present the original receipt and the size is still available within the company. Items purchased on sale, both online and in-store, at 50% off or more are considered final sale. This excludes special promotions such as “Black Friday” or “Boxing Day,” which are subject to specific announced dates.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise at Chaussures Fillion. They are non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
