Free shipping policy
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more.
Shipping delays
- Expedited delivery by default (3-7 business days following the shipping date, except for exceptions*).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday via Canada Post, excluding holidays. The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our shipping facilities. *Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as Canada Post holidays (including Christmas, New Year’s Day, and other holidays), strikes, weather conditions, and remote areas.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout before finalizing your order. Delivery times do not include order processing time (1 to 2 business days).
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice at your door. You can pick up your package at the nearest post office. If the package fits, it will be left in your mailbox.
