RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  • 30 days full priced items & 10 days for items reduced from 1 to 49%.
  • FINAL SALE on reduced items from 50% and up 
  • For any info you can contact our customer service info@chaussuresfillion.ca
  • All the items should be in the original condition and unworned. We will need the original receipt to accept your return.
  • Cleaning products and other accessories such as outsoles, laces, socks or underwears are FINAL sale.
  • Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

1. FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE WEB IN STORE

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase (or 10 days in the case of an item sold at less than 50%). It must be accompanied by the original invoice. Damaged or worn items will not be refunded. Orders paid via SEZZLE cannot be accepted for return in store and must be returned by post.

* EXCHANGES are completely free. Shipping fees are non refundable. Chaussures Fillion will charge $5 as manutention fees on every refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made on the original payment method only.

Shipping fees and taxe son shipping fees are non refundable.

FINAL SALE items are non refundable.

WARRANTIES

We need to work with the manufacturer warranties for every brand.

Please contact the store where you bought the product to confirm if this is a manufacturing default. Our saespersons will be glad to confirm that with you. You will need your original receipt to go along with that process.

Please note these elements excluded from manufacturers warranties :

  • Lack of maintenance or carelessness
  • Hitches or damages causes by accident
  • Normal use or discolouration
  • Loss of feathers, hairs or fur.

There is no warranty on FINAL SALE items.

For online product purchases through chaussuresfillion.ca, the same warranties apply. You can either go in store or online for your reclamation.
