Free shipping policy
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more.
Shipping delays
- Standard (3-7 days) We may experiment delays out of our control due to the present situation.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday with Canada Post, excluding statutory holidays. Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our shipping points. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as Canada Post statutory holidays, including Christmas, New Year's Day and other holidays.
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout, before your order is finalized. Delivery times do not include order processing time. (1 to 2 working days).
The carrier will leave a note at your door if you are absent. You can collect your parcel from your nearest post office. If the parcel fits, it will be deposited in your letterbox.
DELIVERY
Each order is delivered according to the option chosen and to the address indicated. Following your purchase, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order and address.
If you see an error or wish to make a change, please contact our online sales department at info@chaussuresfillion.ca, quoting your order number, and we will be happy to make the necessary corrections.
TRACK MY DELIVERY
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, along with the Canada Post tracking number. You will then be able to track your parcel with this number.
